Testimonials

Hi, would just like to say a massive thank you to all for recovering the funds which were owed to my dad's company! I can't thank you enough as it was starting to effect his health due to stress and court visits over the last two years! Many thanks again I would not hesitate to use you again if required. Also could you say a personal thank you to Melissa for getting us in contact with yourselves.

I thank you very much for your great effort, you are the only ones who gave me any news. This is great news after such a long time, when no one could help me, not even the court. I am so glad that I watched your program on TV BBC , and that is how I found out about the Sheriffs office. Thank you very much.

Great job and in our opinion you have done the unbelievable. In 30 plus years of working in the robotics and automation industry, this is the only time we have ever heard of anyone being able to access contracting companies within a car-plant and this is a lesson to those who in the past, have been able to hide behind the factory gates with impunity.

Just to say thank you very much for your excellent service in collecting this debt. I will definitely be calling on your services again in the future when we next have a situation like this. Many thanks.

Dear Sheriffs and team, thank you so much for recovering the pay I was owed – it was such a speedy, convenient service when I’d thought I might not get my money back!

Gani, London

We thank you for the cheque, we are highly delighted you have got this for us, thank you for all your hard work, and determination. We can only praise your efforts in relation to this case. With us being OAPs you can imagine the stress and financial side of things, has been a very big factor with us. We will not hesitate to use you again. We didn't know about you, until we saw you on TV.

The standard of entries this year was particularly high. It was not an easy task for the judges to decide on the three finalists, let alone the winner. After much deliberation however, the winner was chosen as they went above and beyond that of a simple enforcement organisation, for the benefit of their clients, the debtors, and the general public.

Tony Whitman, Civil Court Users Association and Credit Excellence Awards judge 2013

Just a quick note to say thank you so much for collecting the debt owed to us. From our initial phone call, through to the help of Alex in the office, through to the successful conclusion, you’ve been brilliant. We’re currently pursuing two other bad debts – one small claims and one High Court, should we have any problems at all obtaining payment, we’ll be in touch.

Julia, Nexxtile, Cirencester

As a solicitor specialising in commercial litigation, I know that winning a case is not enough. Enforcing payment is essential. The success of The Sheriffs Office in doing so is an essential part of my armoury..

Just a note of sincere thanks for a job well done and appreciated. We spent some time getting the run-around by the county courts bailiffs which (without malice) were not helpful at all. As no doubt they all say, “ they were wrong and they owed it to us, he cheated me etc etc,” However for what it is worth on this occasion it was justified and a matter of principle as the amount clearly shows, and I will without doubt forward and be happy to promote your company to friends etc. Please thank the officers on our behalf also.

My firm had instructed the Sheriff's Office to execute a writ of possession of a large 6 bedroom house in London which had around 20 occupants. Before we had arrived we received a call from the Sheriff's informing us that the occupants were removing fixtures and fittings from the property, we instructed them to execute the writ before we had arrived and to call the Police to report the theft. Upon arrival we discovered that the tenants had removed fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning units, boilers, radiators, bathrooms, a large sky-light, it really was a case of 'everything including the kitchen sink'. It was certainly the most audacious attempt at stripping a property bare that I have ever seen in over 15 years. The agents were magnificent: they blocked the road so that these items which had been placed into removal vans could not leave and secured the property within minutes. The agents liaised with the local constabulary, the occupiers, local residents and they were exemplary all round. Most importantly they put the clients at ease and began the difficult task of arranging for all of the removed items which were in vans and on the street to be taken back into the property. I without hesitation recommend The Sheriff's Office for such work, truly great professionals who got their job done.

Thanks very much for the update. I commend you for your wonderful work. I really appreciate how you helped me recover my money. I wish I had known you sooner. It will be great if others can also benefit from your professional and most effective service.
