We support business of all sizes – from multinational enterprises through to SMEs - to recover what they are owed.

Judgment enforcement

If you have an unpaid County Court Judgment (CCJ), we can transfer it to the High Court and our enforcement officers will attend to take control of goods belonging to the debtor to pay the sum owed. In the majority of cases, the threat of losing their assets enough to secure payment.

We can enforce CCJs against individual and business debtors.

Volume judgments

If you have a larger volume of judgments on an ongoing basis, we are set up to accept bulk uploads of instructions and will work with you to manage the enforcement fairly and ethically.

We enforce with professional courtesy, ever mindful of the importance of your relationships with your customers and theirs with your brand. Our enforcement officers are all trained in how to identify and work with the vulnerable.

To recover counterfeits

If your products and intellectual property are being counterfeited, we can act under a writ of delivery to remove the items from circulation.

Items sold on hire purchase

If you supply goods on a finance agreement and wish to repossess those goods after the buyer has defaulted on payments, we can also do this under a writ of delivery.

Tracing a debtor

If your debtor has moved or is proving elusive, we have a large tracing team, with access to many databases, who specialise in finding judgment debtors.

If your property or land is occupied by squatters, we can evict them for you. We have found that, since the criminalisation of squatting in residential property, many are now turning to commercial premises, such as pubs and office blocks.

If you have tenants, we can recover rent arrears on your behalf, as well as repossess the property.

I did find that the County Court bailiffs resourcs and time were limited, and more often than not, they gave up at the first hurdle. I then came across The Sheriff’s Office who don’t operate to time restrictions, and their recovery rate is very successful. I now bypass the County Court bailiffs altogether when it comes to issuing warrants of execution and go straight to The Sheriff’s Office. Their methods and actions ensure that they react much quicker and more effectively than County Court processes.

Communication is excellent, and they keep you informed every step of the way, and more importantly for all independent businesses in this current market, the recovery rate is high.
