If you are not getting your money back after getting a CCJ, remember that County Court Bailiffs have very limited legal powers. I was advised to go via The Sheriffs Office, who transfer the Judgement from the County Court to the High Court and their Officers have much greater powers and you are not charged for this, only the Court Fee. It took them 6 weeks to get my money from the defendant in full, whilst I had been dealing with the County Court for 6 months!! They proved to be fast, professional and determined in all their actions and I am truly a very happy person.

Initially we were unaware that we could use High Court Enforcement Officers for a county court judgment. However we were recommended to use The Sheriffs Office by the county court itself. The defendant was ordered to pay for a machine we had supplied but for over a year he tried to hide behind different Limited Companies. Within two weeks of passing the case to you, you had recovered payment in full. Unbelievable! Our business would have gone under if it wasn’t for you, we are truly truly grateful.
