The Sheriffs Office is duly authorised to execute High Court writs of possession.

Our experienced team of High Court Enforcement Officers operates nationwide and offers a quick and professional response to even the most complicate of repossessions.

All enforcement officers have an active support network of locksmiths, tow trucks, removal teams, glaziers and security services. Should we be required to we will also enlist Police support to prevent a breach of the peace.

We will liaise with you personally, discussing the quickest and most effective way to reclaim the land or property that is rightfully yours.

Sheriffs Certificated Bailiffs can also assist and can serve eviction notices under The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and under Common Law giving the trespassers a maximum of 24 hours to vacate the site. Our bailiffs will return the following day to ensure the trespassers have left. If they remain, our bailiffs, along with removal vehicles, tow trucks and the Police, if necessary, will remove them, restoring the land back to its rightful owner.
