Welcome to our FREE ‘transfer-up’ service.

Whether you are a solicitor, business or private individual The Sheriffs Office will ‘transfer-up’ your county court judgment or order to the High Court for enforcement making the process as smooth and as hassle free as possible.

Simply complete and sign our Instruction Form (and Part 1 of Form N293A as directed) and post it, along with a cheque for £50 payable to HMCS (Her Majesty’s Court Service) to our head office.

Our experienced staff will then complete any further documentation as necessary and dispatch it to the issuing County Court for sealing of Part 2 of Form N293A immediately.

Please be aware that we are reliant upon the speediness of the Court so please allow up to 28 days for this process to be completed. Should you wish to visit the Court in person you can have Part 2 of the form N293A sealed immediately. Please contact us by for further information.

We will monitor its progress and upon its return to our head office we shall issue a Writ of Fieri Facias (Fi-Fa) No53 (or Writ of Possession No 66 / 66A if necessary) and arrange for its sealing at the High Court or local District Registry within 48 hours.

Once this has been received to we will pass it to our Enforcement team for prompt execution of the writ.
