Eviction of Trespassers
Sheriffs Certificated Bailiffs has a specialised national team using their extensive powers for the eviction of trespassers and itinerants from illegal encampments and property. This team is on 24 hour stand by for deployment anywhere within England and Wales.

The Bailiffs Office will serve eviction notices under The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and under Common Law giving the trespassers a maximum of 24 hours to vacate the site. Our bailiffs will return the following day to ensure the trespassers have left. If they remain, our bailiffs along with removal vehicles and tow trucks if necessary will remove them, restoring the land back to its rightful owner.

Absconded Tenants
If your tenant has already absconded and you are unable to locate them, please contact Sheriffs Tracing Agents.
